- What they are doing is wrong, period. I found many of the medical students I trained did not understand the concept of malpractice and how it occurs; I'm not surprised they're also not good at this.

- Check out the waiting lists in the NHS countries---I was a senior consultant in one (NZ), and the wait time for my wife's back surgery was going to be TWO YEARS---it was done at Mayo within 2 months. Private insurers do NOT cover pre-existing conditions in New Zealand.
